We have wonderful stay at Avista Hideaway. Most of the staff at the hotel are very nice and deliver exceptional stay experience to us. Nice ,Jo, Golf and Aek, reception are very nice and helpful. Their service make us feel like we are family. Moreover, The scenery that we are able to see from the lobby are so stunning. We definitely go back again.

This resort has spacious rooms , 2 big pools , best delicious breakfast options & great restaurants . Matt welcomed us as we entered the hotel with a welcome drink as we checked in & was able to upgrade our room . Everyone was super helpful & friendly .We had the rejuvenating spa package & it was wonderful & ate lunch and dinner there . Everything was so good that we had no desire to leave the resort for food . Located close to Patong beach but remote enough for you to appreciate the tranquil hills and trees surrounding us as we stare at the ocean view from the pools . Pool bar was also a plus . We had the double beds family room & it was Amazing with a giant rain shower head & all the shampoos , conditioners. And body washers were top notch high quality .

We had a wonderful 5 nights stay at the Avista - beautiful pools and surroundings - modern spacious rooms - buffet breakfast and the vista restaurant had generous and amazing food . A highlight for our children was swimming and especially the kids club . Special mention to the three carers- Siri, Hong and Jee - our kids loved spending time there and all the fun activities they provided . They wanted to go every day and all day . All the staff were truly wonderful and friendly the buggy drivers and waiters and waitresses always happy and friendly - also on our final day Matt ( manager/owner) gave our kids an elephant toy each - they were thrilled . A wonderful place to relax and enjoy . Highly recommended !!

Not only its luxury but system and personalisations are meant here !!! When we reached at hotel there was staff was up to mark ready to welcome us !!! Rooms are need and clean showed me two suites to choose from !!! Mr jag was on toe anytime helped us to explore place !!! Front desk superb restaurant had food in TAMBU one should visit the place for Indian food a heaven for veggies and the non veg both … even their breakfast was amp for vegetarians !!! Near city but outside city !!! Chef were very helpful to provide to your taste !!! Excellent mountain pool !!! From my room it was direct view to mountain as well !!!

服务很好 环境也很好 第一次来普吉在小红书看到这个酒店 性价比确实高 Service is very good, food is delicious and swimming pool is comfortable. The view is beautiful and good for taking pictures. I come with my friends from China. And I want to come back again and introduce this hotel to my friends!!
